This helpdesk is meant for formal support request, replacing the former email-based support going through LogCos, Regional Logs, LogCells & Log Support Unit (LSU) technical teams staff. These requests are usually very context-related and/or a specific technical issue. If you believe the answer to your question can be useful for other Logs, that your Log colleagues can help you with it and if you are looking for ideas and options, please ask your question in the Log Community on Sherlog.

Support is open for the following topics: Pharmaceutical Logistics (Cold Chain), Construction, Energy, GIS, HVAC, Health Facility Management, Medical Equipment, Motorized Fleet, Telecom, Track My Stuff & Cold Chain Breakdowns.

The helpdesk ultimately aims at replacing the technical support provided by email, but will under no circumstance will it replace the close-up discussions and collaboration amongst colleagues to overcome issues. If you feel stuck or have an urgent issue, having a verbal conversation is always your best solution!
